The Gap

The space between awareness and response.

There are moments when something within us stirs.

An old belief. A familiar fear. A voice we have carried for so long that we mistake it for our own.

And somewhere between what arises and what we choose to do with it, there is a space.

A place to listen without becoming, to question without needing an answer, to recognize what is ours to carry and what we may finally release.

These poems explore that space.

Not as a destination, but as a place of discovery.
