Reflection
Sometimes we approach this question as if it were a problem to solve. Sometimes to uncover, define, or finally get right.
We gather answers.
We shape identities.
We try to become certain.
But what if the question is not asking for an answer at all?
What if it is inviting a return.
A soft turning inward where nothing needs to be added and nothing needs to be proven.
The mind may keep searching, rearranging the letters, trying to make meaning.
And yet, beneath all of that — something steady remains.
Not constructed.
Not earned.
Not discovered in some distant place.
Already here.
The invitation is simple, though not always easy:
to rest in that presence without needing to define it.
And to notice —
even for a moment —
what it feels like to just be.
