and let it out.

As the sound
of the bowl moves
through this sacred space,
feel its vibration touching
the quiet places within you —
the places that have
longed to be seen,
longed to be soothed,
longed to be discovered.
When I first came to Unity,
I was spiritually weary.
The first time
I heard the bowl,
its vibration moved through me
like nectar to my soul.
I didn’t understand why,
but that sound
began to dissolve
the fear I had been guarding
for years —
fear of the unknown,
fear of my own becoming.

Discovery is not only about exploring
new lands —
it is about the courage
to enter new landscapes within.
Fear tells us
to stay at the surface.
Spirit invites us
to go deeper.
When we move
through fear with faith,
we awaken to the hidden things
Spirit has been waiting to reveal.
And now I invite you
to remember:
Where in your life
is the Divine inviting you
to go deeper?
And together let us affirm:
I am open to divine discovery.
I release fear and welcome light.
I am a seeker of wonder,
a vessel for wisdom,
a soul awakening
to its own divine potential.
