One Path for World Labyrinth Day

A labyrinth is not a maze.
it is a single unfolding path that
invites presence, reflection, and
the slow return to center.

Before we begin,
let us center ourselves.

Take a deep breath in …
and let go.

There is one Presence …
one living intelligence …
moving through all life …
here and now.

In this moment,
we remember —
we are not separate from
that Presence …
we are held within it …
and it lives within us.

As we settle into this moment,
we allow the mind to quiet …
and open to the awareness
already here.

And on this World Labyrinth Day,
we remember —
all around the world,
others are pausing …
walking …
listening …

And in this shared moment …
we are connected.

And now …

Let your attention soften inward.

Notice your breath …
as it rests.

And gently ask yourself —

What is ready to be seen?

Just let the question rest …

No effort …
no reaching …

Simply being present
to what is here.

Like the path of a labyrinth,
we may begin to see differently.

There is a center within us
that remains steady.

May we be open to that center.
May we listen, not only with the mind,
but with the heart.

And may whatever is ready to shift …
do so with grace.

So let us affirm …

I am guided by the wisdom within me.
I am supported in each step I take.
I am connected … here and now.

We rest in presence …
and in peace.

And so it is.
