No More Tears

i have no more tears

oh mama, why

dear one,
i let them flow
because i had to let go

oh mama, please
please grieve for me
and set yourself free

oh my child,
there is no need to grieve —
we both are free

so find your way
please don’t stay

no need to fear
i am standing near

with a mother’s light
so please take flight

go … grow
we both know

it is the only way
please don’t stay

until then
you will know when

we will meet again
and again

so dear one,
i have no more tears
because i have no more fears

i believe in you —
this is … oh … so true

Reflection

When I go out into the night air and look up at the moon — I see a loving mom, wrapping her arms around me, comforting me and shining a light on my path. Even when I don’t see her, I know she is there.

We are all children of a loving parent.

And this is a poem from a mother’s heart, for only a mother knows the journey to the soul and a journey she cannot partake. Her children have to walk through their own deserts alone. All a mother has is her unconditional love and everlasting light to shine on their path — soon they will see the divine within, the source of their strength, welcoming them home.

I invite you to read the poem again.
